Born in Paris, France, 1977.

Living in Bern from April 2023.

Lived & worked in Brussels, Belgium (2001-2023).

After high school, I started studying History of Art and Musicology but eventually went on to learn Web Development, in Paris.

I worked in that field until 2010 for companies like eBay (Paris) but also small independent start-ups (Studio RVB, Brussels).

In 2010, my then-wife and I opened a bike shop in Brussels: Vainqueur Bicycles. In love with bikes for a long time, I turned myself into a qualified bike mechanic, learning to be an entrepreneur and a boss at the same time.

During that period, I bought 2 welders to repair and modify bike frames, also using it to build some furniture for the store.

In 2017, I decided to close the shop, but was convinced I should continue in the way of hand-working and craft. The feeling to get your hands dirty and being able to build something from scratch is amazing. .

For the past 6 years I developed my skills in welding (steel and aluminum), wood working, machining (CNC and conventional). Working digitally did not disappear though, since I use different softwares and apps on a daily basis to draw furniture (2D and 3D) and program CNC milling.

I am still working for some web development projects (this website is one :-), my skills are up-to-date and still learning the new tricks.

Although cabinet making was and still is a huge part of my work, I never gave up with bicycles. Advisor and bike mechanic within my network, I always had the dream to custom build my own bike frames, which finally happened in 2021, having about 25 frames done in between other contracts.

I am also father of Luce, 15 years old, living with her mother close to Montpellier, France
